I can't be sure it's the same driver to be fair, but I think so as she looks the same and appears to be wearing the same ring and bracelet. Since I wasn't at court as a witness, I don't know the full details of the results, so I'm not sure whether the driver is the same person, but I found out that she was disqualified from driving for 6 months. Looking up this vehicle on the DVLA database, it's currently without MOT, and had a V5C change on 3 Sept 2019, which to me implies it was sold.
