Gandalf Corner again - a whole slew of wrong side drivers.

The driver of LV12LZJ accepted an FPN and got 3 penalty points and £100 fine, and the driver of RE66NYF was taken to court and either pleaded guilty or was found guilty and given a fine of £166, costs of £100, v/s of £32, and 3 penalty points. Haha that'll serve him right for going through anyway after being warned. I didn't report the other two drivers as I don't think they actually committed an offence, but I've still included their number plates in the video so that they are searchable.
