Quite a satisfying piece of justice - L11UAX on the phone

Well, it was more like 14 months than 6 months till he was on YouTube. I also don't get why he/the registered owner was so afraid of identifying themselves to the police for prosecution - what a cowardly act, IMO. Ah well, the fine for failure to comply is worse than most mobile fines, and the points are the same. Well deserved.
