Taken to Court - MV07DTZ

Another cyclist's video. He thought the driver was holding a phone when he first saw him. The approach of this driver to the mini roundabout was enough to make him go right to avoid the car. A real all-around poor show of driving, IMO. Almost fails to give way at the mini roundabout, speeding in a 20mph zone, tailgating cyclists, passing in the face of the oncoming motorcyclist, passing in the face of more traffic. Appalling that someone thinks it's normal to drive this badly.
