Energy boosting yoga & good vibes With Orna Murray
Orna Murray is the Founder of Your Health Psychology (a social enterprise that empowers women, girls and their coaches to work with their bodies). She has a master’s in Health Psychology and a degree in Applied Psychology. She trained as a yoga teacher in 2019 and is passionate about finding your inner chill and feeling good in your body. An extremely proud Shona Ambassador too!
We all can find ourselves in a place where sometimes we look at the amount of time spent on our phones and wonder where time went. While it’s not always bad to be on our phones, especially in unprecedented times like this, sometimes it’s nice just to take a moment away and stretch out our bodies to release any stress that we might be holding. After all, the internet can be an extremely stressful place. In this video Orna shows us an extremely quick way to help release tension held in our upper bodies. These simple actions can be done anywhere and overall could help massively in your mental and physical health. So give it a go! Who knows? It could lead to a new found love for yoga!
