CBT for Beginners With Niamh Connolly
Niamh Connolly is a busy Cognitive Behavioural Therapist based in Dungarvan Co. Waterford. As a result of a growing waiting list in her private practice, along with a rising interest in, and appetite for, CBT, Niamh knew something new was needed. So, in 2017 she established ‘Transform CBT’ where she has developed a series of workshops and seminars based on the scientifically proven CBT protocols she uses in her client work, so she can now reach a far wider audience.
