Identify the source of unwanted thoughts #shorts

What to do with intrusive and unwanted thoughts.
First we want to identify where they came from. We want to explore the name on the box, the return address, and the contents. This can really help us access as to whether or not this box is really ours. And then I’ll show you how to return the box to sender.

This is my favorite exercise called the warehouse thought experiment.
