Most people have difficulty building size and definition in their side and rear delts. For this reason, Justin likes to train delts in the reverse order: rear, side, then front delts. Justin's training style is always "hard and heavy," so for this exercise he suggests 3 sets of 6-12 reps, heavy weight, with a slight static hold on the last set.
