Hey screen printers, its Ryan from Ryonet, in this video I wanted to show you how easy it was to swap out a screen on a ROQ automatic when you’re using the same color of ink for the next job. Because so many prints use white or black ink, ROQ makes it easy by saving time and avoiding mess for the screen printer.

Thanks to ROQ’s industry leading safety features and user friendly design, it’s easy to just walk into the center of the press beside the print arm to swap out the screen. Now I can lift up the convertible print head and quickly unclamp the screen locks. Next I slide the back screen clamp back and lower the screen leaving the squeegee and floodbar in the print carriage. Now I can move my old screen out of the way, grab my new screen, calm it in, register the center marks, load ink, and start printing again. All this is possible because of ease of access, convertable print heads, and safey features ROQ automatics provide.
