Today is a full body workout so be ready to turn up the intensity! Today's workout is a bootcamp workout so we will work in superset format with 30 seconds of work and 15 seconds rest in the first half of the workout and 45 seconds of work in the second half of the workout. I used my 10, 15, 20, 25, and 30 pound dumbbells so grab your dumbbells and let's CRUSH IT!
