For the finale of the Floor Flow series we're bringing together different elements of the past 5 videos into one integrated practice.

Now that we've explored an array of different floor elements, you're equipped to flow & improvise with your movement. This session will give you a healthy dose of skill, conditioning, and mobility.

We start with a warm up. Then we'll go through a series of 8 movement patterns for 3 rounds. Round 1 is a the walkthrough round (60s intervals). Rounds 2 & 3 will get you flowing through the movements (35s intervals).
