MRC Max Perutz Science Writing Award: 25 Years of Impact
The MRC Max Perutz Science Writing Award is our annual writing competition that encourages MRC PhD students to write about their research and why it matters in an engaging way for a non-scientific audience.
This year marks 25 years since the awards began. We spoke to some of our past winners about what they gained from entering the award, what impact it has had on their career and why they'd encourage others to enter.
