Sorcerer's Apprentice Non-Newtonian Fluid

Non-Newtonian fluid is essentially fluid that is unpredictable in its movements under the influence of vibration. A mixture of corn starch and water creates a fluid of uneven density, which is why it behaves erratically. The fluid is vibrated by a Voice Coil Motor driven by an audio amplifier and audio oscillator, set to 20 Hertz. Non Newtonian fluids can be used to study chaos theory, a branch of mathematics focused on the behavior of dynamical systems that are highly sensitive to initial conditions.
