Sex Work is Work | #BHeard Docs
Three women, three paths, one fight. Full Decriminalization of Sex Work. A lawyer Melissa Sontag Broudo, a former sex worker and activist J. Leigh Oshiro-Brantly and current sex worker Nikki Sweet fight to remove criminal laws, so that consenting adults can engage in sexual acts for a fee or not as they see fit. While local politicans in this election season have chosen not to prosecute sex workers the real fight is if the government has the right to regulate how and when you can have sex.

#BHeard: Sidewalk Civics is a six-part series on civic engagement, with character-driven stories that illustrate how citywide or neighborhood issues affect individuals and how they're then inspired -- or driven -- to push back, organize, and fight to fix what's wrong.
