Peru fans in Yekaterinburg hold huge parade ahead of France WC game

(21 Jun 2018) Thousands of chanting Peruvian fans paraded through Yekaterinburg on Thursday, ahead of their team's Group C match against France.  
Peru are playing in the World Cup for the first time in 36 years.
The pre-organised red and white frenzy started near the Eternal Flame memorial.
The crowd, in all kinds of national costumes and masks, kept flowing in from what seemed every corner of the city.
Yekaterinburg residents and even a number of French supporters could be made out among the Peruvians.
The parade moved on towards the Yekaterinburg Arena stadium.
