Acer motherboard overheating (hot spot next to the touchpad) E1-731 V3-771 V3-731

My ACER E1-731 and V3-771 had faulty motherboards. I bought 2 from aliexpress (1 year apart and from different resellers) and the 2 motherboards have the same problem: there is a hot spot next to the touchpad, overheating. Even if the computer is in sleep/hybernate mode, it continues.
My wattmeter indicates an excess power consumption of 20 watts.

After disassembly, 2 components are very hot. This means that there is at least one which is in "short circuit", out of service. I delicately unsoldered it with a cutter.

Since then, no more overheating problem next to the touchpad and I did not need to replace this component, I did not notice any difference in operation.
