Full Elastic Phase Jump Training Workout!

This is my final workout of week 2 of my elastic phase. The focus is on increasing eccentric strength and developing my RFD is some very specific ranges of motion. Next week will be the final and most intense week of this mesocycle before I deload.

I'll be testing my vertical during deload week to see if I made any progress and if I'm a good responder to elastic work. Should be some really fun dunk sessions so be on the lookout!
