Aluminium profile recycling hammermill Mega 1100

To ensure the high quality of its production cycle, the italian foundry Deral Spa (part of the Estral spa group) has recently started the new Panizzolo recycling plant, in order to treat its aluminium profile scrap and obtain oven-ready primary aluminum. The treatment cycle includes a Mega 1100 hammer mill (475 hp - productivity up to 22 tons/h) and separation systems such as eddy current, rotary screen and x-ray. Thanks to the interchangeable cradle, production and quality potential of the plant has been quickly adjusted according to the customer's needs, bringing the plant to an average of 16 tons/h of aluminum output.
