StockPile - Stock Portfolio Management web application (Demo 2)

This app allows you to manage multiple portfolios like retirement portfolio, higher education portfolio, child’s marriage portfolio etc., and keep track of stocks with multiple watchlists where it shows the company’s current share price details. We have used bootstrap at frontend because it allows us to create responsive UI in short time and also used CSS for styling. We did DOM manipulation in jquery and used ajax to call API. We have used Express.js which is a node.js web application framework. Node.js is a backend server which uses javascript as the main language to build web applications. We also used MongoDB database which has no restrictions and allows us to use an unstructured query language, which also can handle large unstructured data.
