MG ZT 135+ Diesel Starting Problem... Now fixed, see description! #MGZT #Rover75

MG ZT Diesel. ECU and Glow plug relay under some water. Car not starting. Sound like no fuel when starting. Pumps known to be good, and good flow to fuel filter. Open to suggestions to save the car!
