Path of Exile strange screen freeze problem, latency and frames are fine

My Path of exile is unplayable because of strange screen freezes. As you can see during screen freeze my fps and latency are fine. I can't find any solution. Changing in game video settings has no effect. Changing networking mode from lockstep to predictive does not help, I still have same lag its just looks different (in video you see lockstep). All other online games works fine. My PC: Asus Maximus Hero Z170 motherboard Intel i7 6700K CPU Corsair Vengeance LPX 16 GB RAM Geforce GTX 970 SLI 1Gbps fiber optics internet connection
