New Computer Goes Kerplutzo / How To Factory Reset Windows 8 From A Command Prompt

This video documents my journey of performing a factory restore on a Windows 8 machine. I bought this Dell inspiron i660 desktop computer to replace my tired old emachines PC. The new computer promptly decided to be disagreeable. Windows 8 would not fully load. The computer would post and boot to Windows, but it would get hung up and show a blank start screen with no apps. I couldn't access any programs, apps or settings. $500 paperweight
