Grand Tactician-Civil War Virginia whack a mole

Where ever I ain't there they go. They act like they want a fight but run away when my infantry shows up. I am thinking of moving all my cav to Virginia and make a super cav corps. Thanks a lot to who ever keeps hitting like. You make my day. 1 like is equal to 3 new videos. I realize few people watch more then 2 minutes but at least they click on them. Tell me what I can do better. If you hit dislike that is fine but at least give me a hint why.
