How to Read Your New Digital Water Meter/Register

In its continuing effort to improve efficiency and reduce costs, the Otay Water District is upgrading its residential water meters with new state-of-the-art digital registers. The register is the part of the water meter that actually tracks water use. This video explains the installation process and most importantly how to read the new register once it is installed.
