TRX pull (feet on ground)

This is a great stepping stone to more advanced pull up variations. Having your feet planted allows you to keep better control of your torso while you move through the exercise. Your ribs should not flare forward and your pelvis should not dump forward...in other words, you should keep a nuetral spine with ribs stacked over hips.
