Strength: Snatch Complex: 3 Muscle Snatch + 3 Power Snatch Do 3 sets with a PVC/broomstick/empty bar focusing on technique. (Do not underestimate an empty bar or PVC! Technique should look proper and identical regardless of how much weight you are lifting.) Then, 3 sets with whatever weighted equipment you have available. Do not go so heavy to where you are hyperextending/over arching on the muscle snatch. *Work on that hook grip!! MetCon: Equipped: On the 4:00 x 5 Rounds: 40 Kettlebell Swings (or swings with whatever object you have.
