Strength:
Snatch Complex:
3 Muscle Snatch + 3 Power Snatch
Do 3 sets with a PVC/broomstick/empty bar focusing on technique. (Do not underestimate an empty bar or PVC! Technique should look proper and identical regardless of how much weight you are lifting.)
Then, 3 sets with whatever weighted equipment you have available. Do not go so heavy to where you are hyperextending/over arching on the muscle snatch.
*Work on that hook grip!!

On the 4:00 x 5 Rounds:
40 Kettlebell Swings (or swings with whatever object you have. Go to eye level if it is not comfortable/safe going overhead with your object.)
20 Sit-ups
5 Power Snatches (if using one object do 5 right, 5 left)
[Suggested barbell weight: start at a light weight and increase for each round depending on the weights you have available]
