Butter Chicken 🔥 You just can’t say no this creamy and buttery combo! My absolute favourite 😍 Ingredients and preparation 👇 1 kg chicken Marinate with: 1 tsp Red chilli powder 1 tsp Coriander powder 1 tsp Cumin powder 1/2 tsp Turmeric 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp White pepper 1 tsp Chicken powder Add 2 tbsp butter in a pan and shallow fry the chicken. Instructions for curry 👇 2 tbsp butter 2 tbsp oil 2 chopped onions 2 chopped garlic cloves 1/2 cup tomato purée 1 tsp paprika powder 1 tsp salt 1 tsp garam masala powder 4 tbsp Yogurt 1/2 cup heavy cream Add Butter and oil in a pan. Add onions, garlic and fry for 5 mins. Add Tomato purée and all the spices. Add in yogurt and cream and cook until it thickens. In the end add cooked chicken and finely mix.
