INGREDIENTS: for 12-15 dates - 1/3 cup almond flour - 2 tbsp peanut butter - 3 tbsp dates syrup / maple syrup - Vanilla extract Chocolate top - 100 g dark chocolate -2 tbsp coconut oil INSTRUCTIONS: Make the cookie dough by combining all the ingredients (besides the chocolate), until a dough forms. Slice the dates in half, remove the seeds, and fill them with the cookie dough. Dip each date in dark chocolate, sprinkle some salt, and freeze for about 15 minutes. Enjoy
