You can enable the machine delay by the same way). I inserted K-type thermocouple into basket and that's why you may see some water leaking. Temp during 40sec extraction started at 93 degrees celcius and finished at 94. (Add about 1.5 degrees at temp you see because thermometre at boiling water shows 98,5 and not 100). https://youtu.be/iGN45t1YC0Y Machine left idle about 10mins from previous coffee, added coffee at basket, flush about 3-4 seconds when steam stops ejecting from group, added thermocouple into basket, locked pf at group and left it about 20sec to recovery. Then brew. If you leave pf at group for 10sec for recovery and not 20sec you may have 92-93 degrees and not 93-94.
