It's obtained via a completely random and unique encounter in space. Just as mentioned in the video, don't blow up the ship, instead choose dialogue options to doubt them and ask them to put the original person back on comms, then when things take a turn, use targeting mode, target the engines and disable the ship, board it, clear the crew and take it over :) Stay Tuned and Thank you for watching!
