CALAMARI BATTER FRY RECIPE 💫 2 Squids washed and cleaned. Cut into rings. FOR MARINATION 1 tsp ginger garlic paste Salt Pepper FOR BATTER 40 grms maida 20 grms cornflour Salt 1/4 Pepper 1/4 Kashmiri red chilli powder Water to make thick and smooth paste. Dip the rings in batter and deep fry. Serve hot Enjoy!!
