GERMAN RECIPES IN THE COMMENTS 👇 0:00 Intro 0:52 Easy pasta bake 3:05 Tahini lemon asparagus pasta 5:20 Noodle stir fry Baked pasta: -1 small cauliflower -1 can chickpeas -3 tomatoes -250g uncooked pasta -1 can (400g) chopped tomatoes -2 Tbsp pesto verde -1/4 cup (30g) nutritional yeast -1 Tsp garlic powder -salt and pepper to taste -1 1/2 cups (375ml) water COMBINE all ingredients in a baking tray. COVER with foil and bake at 175 Celsius/350 Fahrenheit for 45-50min Tahini Asparagus Pasta: -1 onion -3 cloves garlic -250g asparagus -juice and zest of 1/2 lemon -1 Tbsp oil for frying -1/3 cup (80g) tahini -2/3 cup (160ml) pasta water -salt and pepper to taste -1 Tsp agave or any sweetener of your choice -250g uncooked pasta FRY onion and garlic in the oil for a few minutes, then add the asparagus and fry for another 5 minutes. BOIL the pasta in salted water. ADD the tahini, lemon juice/zest and pasta water to the veggies and SIMMER UNTIL the pasta is cooke. STIR in the pasta and the remaining ingredients. Quick noodle stir fry: -4 small carrots -3 spring onions -1 red pepper -a thumbsize piece of ginger -1 Tbsp oil for frying -250g vegan „chicken“ -300g noodles -3 TBSP soy sauce -1 TBSP hoisin sauce FRY the veggies and the „chicken“ in the oil until soft (about 5mins). COOK the noodles. REMOVE the veggies from the pan and fry the noodles for 3-4mins. ADD IN the veggies, soy sauce and hoisin sauce. STIR and serve with more scallions.
