Move 1: Double Neutral Grip Rows
Move 2 Hammer Curl to Tricep Kickback
13:46-22:30 - Block 2 (2 Exercises, 4 Sets, 10-15 rep goal)
Move 3: Alternating Underhand Isometric Row
Move 4: Bicep Curl to Overhead Tricep Extension (1 or 2 Dumbbells)
22:31-26:25 - Quick Cool Down
