I make a mistake in the explanation (important correction to the video): the secondary coil is the high voltage coil, normally connected to the 230 V or 110 V, so the coil with a DC resistance from 400 - 700 Ohm. To this coil the backcoupling capacitor from 330 N is connected. The Darlington (collector from the BD 139) is connected to the 4-8 DC Ohm coil.
