Reverse Engineering an Eprom (6502 repeater) to readable Assembly language using a Disassembler
In this video, which is a continuation from the 6502 repeater project, we are reading in the raw binary from an Eprom and eventually converting it into a human readable format - Assembler code. To do this, we are using a disassembly application called SourceGen.
We show the whole process here rather than splitting this into two videos, here is the complete video in one go. Its over 50 minutes long so if you are interested in software reverse engineering techniques, just sit back and enjoy the journey.
6502 Bench SourceGen can be found here: https://6502bench.com/
MiniPro (now MiniPro 2) Eprom programmer can be found with a quick search in Ebay.
If you found this video interesting - please give us a THUMBS UP! and Subscribe. That really helps us.
Leave a comment! Do you like these long format videos or would you rather see smaller 10-20 minute ones. Let me know.
