As it was a flags+frags round, keeping APr away from our flag was a top priority but getting a cap or two ourselves was practically mandatory, as their fragging skills were better than ours. I sniped the whole time against newby, Bullseye, and Prophet (at various times, though it was newby for most of the match) while egon spent much of the round sniping alongside me. As for the round, well, newby was better than me at the time, and so he got the better of our matchup. APr managed some flag movement throughout the match, but only a single cap near the end. They probably would have had another if time hadn't expired. For the round, newby had 114 frags and I had only 84, while APr managed one cap and 410 frags while FA managed no caps and 248 frags. It was a difficult deficit to make up in round 2 and, though I don't have the footage of round 2, we lost the match. On the other hand, I must have made a positive impression on APr as within a week I was playing for them, albeit briefly.
