From there my rank sky rocketed and this is one of the best decisions to make if you want to rank up fast. So I decided to help you guys if you're new by making a How to Find a CSGO team video. On that site you can use player posts and team posts depending on what you’re looking for. If you are looking to start up your own team then you would use player posts to find people that want to join a team. If you just want to join an already existing team then you would look through team posts. This site is especially good, because people of all ranks use it. There are silver teams, nova teams, and all the way up to global. This is how I found my current team and there are a few team posts each hour. Okay, so the next way to find a team is on reddit. The subreddit RecruitCS is very active with players looking for teams, players looking for mentors, and teams scouting players. You can also use this just to find a nice group of people to play matchmaking with if you don’t want a super competitive team. RecruitCS is probably one of the most active ways to find a team, however I personally prefer teamfind just because it’s more organized and you can sort ranks out and stuff. Also, the subreddit has a steam group that you can join if you don’t have a reddit account. Their steam group is broken down by continent for recruiting. Another way that I personally have never used is by submitting highlight reels to teams that are already established. If you don’t want to waste your time then DM the owner’s of the team before hand asking if it would be acceptable. This is similar to a resume and has worked for many of my friends.
