As long as you have excel it works. Make your own Milliesecond timer program in excel. I custom built this Excel program. It can save as many runs as you could possibly do. It can find your PB, or personal best, out of 10,000 runs down to the millisecond. It will highlight the PBs as green live alongside your current run (After you calculate PBs/ Then start running again). You can save each of your runs, then calculate your PB against 10,000 runs, then start running again against your best run out of 10,000 runs.
