Pelican spawn point for exotic bird meat - Red Dead Redemption 2

Herbalist 10 makes you cook exotic bird meat with some spice. Pelican is the bird you have to hunt for that. Here it spawns all the time. If its not there sleep, or go farther or even die to trigger it.
