MACRO friendly brownies, WHAAAT!?!

Yes, that's right! Here is a recipe (BELOW) for some very yummy and healthy brownies. Please try it out for yourself and let me know what you think about it in the comments section below. The trip about brownies is you can add any additional mix-ins at the end that you like. I.e. Nuts, more chocolate (because, why not?), marshmallows and even sprinkles-I won't judge you! BTW, the green stevia I talk about in this video is great! You can find it at some health food stores, or on Amazon. Just make sure it's green because that is the real stuff (stevia is a plant so it's just dehydrated and ground into powder) the processed 'stevia' is white and found in all stores. Set oven temp to 350. 10oz of milk 60g of applesauce 12 g flaxseed meal 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract Mix these ingredients together and let sit. 100g chocolate pea protein 12g stevia powder (I explain in the video how I only use the pure stevia and it is green. Since the batter is dark it won't be noticeable. 45g ground oat flour 40g cocoa powder 15g arrowroot starch (you can also use cornstarch or tapioca flour) 1/2 tsp both salt & baking soda 50g chocolate chips Mix dry ingredients. Then combine the wet and dry ingredients together (batter will be very thick like playdough. This tends to happen when using pea protein) and press into a 9x9 pan and bake for 30-40min at 350.
