4 Sets of Incline DB press 8 to 12 reps
4 Sets of Flat Bench DB press 8 to 12 reps
4 Sets of Incline Fly's 8 to 12 reps
4 Sets of Decline machine press 8 to 12 reps
4 Sets of Wide Machine press 8 to 12 reps
Biceps Workout:
4 Sets of Preacher Curls 8 to 10 reps
4 Sets of Single Arm Curls 8 to 10 reps
4 Sets of seated Curls 8 to 10 reps
4 Sets of Gorilla Curls (standing) 8 to 10 reps
