EASY PROTEIN OATMEALl!! I’m convinced this is the EASIEST way to make protein oatmeal because it’s made right in the microwave. You only need 3 ingredients! I like to make mine with chocolate protein powder and add peanut butter because I believe the chocolate peanut butter combo is superior BUT this vanilla protein powder with blueberries and peanut butter is also delicious. You can make this with whatever protein power & toppings you want! My favorite protein powder: @cleansimpleeats (code JORDO will always get you a discount) Ingredients: 1/2 cup quick oats 1 cup water 1 serving protein powder (any flavor) Optional toppings: peanut butter, fruit, granola, chia seeds To make: Add oats and water in a microwave safe bowl. Stir. Heat in the microwave for 2 minutes. Take out and add protein powder. Mix realllllly well! Top with whatever you want! (Think peanut butter, fruit, granola, etc) The key is to stir in the protein powder AFTER you cook in the microwave. Don’t do it before or it’ll get clumpy and weird. Let me know if you try this!!
