Power Juice Feast and Cleanse Day #23 - Upset Stomach... Cabbage!

Aloha Sangha! Yeah baby, it's the end of day #23 and Brother Echo is hanging in there! Wow, guys I gotta tell you I didn't really know if I was going to make it this far but look at me here I am rawking the juice and thriving! I must admit I'm looking forward to eating food again, actually I'm looking forward to preparing some new recipes that have been popping up in my head. There's no point in preparing food right now since I can't eat it and to try to prepare food and just taste would be taste bud torture! It's all good, one day at a time... keep on keeping on Brother Echo! Today was a little tough in the afternoon I got an upset stomach out of nowhere, I think it was from not washing my kale good enough. I try to put it in ozanated water whenever possible but today I was just in such a mad rush working I just splashed water on all the produce and juiced it... mistake! Anyways, my stomach got upset and I decided to juice some red cabbage to see if that would help. I'm happy to report it worked instantly, I was like YES!!! After that juice I finished what I was working on then went to the store to pick up some more green apples, lemons and most importantly ginger. Ginger is so good on the stomach when you have an upset stomach. So when I got back home I made a nice stomach healing juice with 5 green apples, 3 lemons, one huge piece of ginger and 1/4 piece of cabbage. The juice was absolutely beautiful but the sight of it couldn't compare to the taste... it was so delicious and soothing on my stomach. That's about it for today, I've got lots of work to do so I'm going to get back into it, I love you guys. Have a great night!
