Dark Souls 3: The Ringed City | Havel's Ring +3 Location

From the Ringed City Streets Bonfire go out to the swamp and head towards the stairs. DO go up them but go to the other side where you find turtle heralds and a ladder. Take it up and follow the path making a right at both endings. By now you should be on the stone path. Continue going up but dont enter that doorway. On your right you should see an area you can drop to. Drop down carefully until you find the ring on the left hand side. #PrimeraEspada91 #DarkSouls3 #TheRingedCity
