Photography – Reflecting Through Lens and Pen

In this presentation given to the Franklin Art Association in April 2021, Marjorie Sardella provides an overview of her photographic work and discusses her approach to her work, including the ways in which she uses reflections and photographing from unusual vantage points to provide fresh perspectives on familiar scenes, her interest in finding intimate moments in the midst of the busyness of life, and the way in which her images serve as springboards for written reflections, inspiring her to seek the deeper implications of what her lens captures.
