Dr Mario Mode Select Theme Mashup (NES/Dr. Mario 64/Dr. Luigi)

A mashup of the Mode Select theme from Dr. Mario. Includes tracks from Dr. Mario (NES), Dr. Mario 64 and Dr. Luigi. The most notable omission from the mashup is the 'Tetris/Dr. Mario theme from the SNES, it wasn't included as it was vastly different in terms of style, and didn't really match well with the others.
