World's first TRUE DC brushless motor - concept

Using permalloy metal to shield a portion of the loop coil so that there IS a net electromagnetic force no matter how much the magnet rotor is spinning, which means we have a dc brushless motor. Notice that it's not that kind of ridiculous magnet shielding the 'over-unity seekers' are using in order to obtain a magnetic motor. This is a motor that would actually need electrical power and I think it does not violate any physics law.
