Themistocles D'Silva, Themis to his friends, is a retired Goan scientist who has lived and worked in the US. Post-retirement, he took on the task of understanding his tiny village of Arossim, the last village in Mormugao taluka, just before Salcete starts in Goa.An interview with him, in Nov 2010, as he gets ready to finalise a book on his tiny village.
