Fryderyk Chopin PIano concertos

#FryderykChopin #ClassicalMusic #PianoConcerto Fryderyk Chopin wrote his Piano Concerto in E minor, Op. 11, in 1830, and first performed it that same year. The premiere, with him as a soloist, was part of one of his 'farewell' concerts, before leaving Poland. This concerto was the first of Chopin's two piano concertos to be published, and was therefore designated as 'no. 1', even though it was written after the one that was later published as 'no. 2'. The Piano Concerto no. 1 in E minor, Op. 11, was dedicated to Friedrich Kalkbrenner. The music of Poland appears in the finale, a Vivace - rondo that features a polka. Chopin paid homage to his homeland in numerous pieces, both big and small, and here he brought this lively dance to an international audience.
