Extra Creamy Burrata Caprese Mac n Cheese | MUKBANG!

Happy {belated} national mac n cheese day!!! OK, it was actually yesterday, which is actually when I filmed this -- close enough, amirite? 😆 Today, we're eating the creamiest mac n cheese ever -- Burrata Caprese Mac n Cheese with tons of goat cheese, mozzarella and parmesan. It tasted like a tangy alfredo, no joke! 😍 This recipe was inspired by Half Baked Harvest -- she is incredible if you haven't heard of her. Huge IG presence and currently building her YouTube channel, so go show her some love! I can guarantee you'll be quickly obsessed with her recipes and presentations like I have. Half Baked Harvest recipe (used for inspo and toppings -- followed her pesto and breadcrumb recipes used here exactly): https://www.halfbakedharvest.com/4-cheese-caprese-mac-and-cheese/ As for the mac n cheese... follow the recipe I used for southern mac and cheese -- combine all creams, cheeses and eggs in a bowl, season with salt and pepper, then grease a baking dish, add par-cooked (half cooked) macaroni of choice (I used strozzapreti and LOVED it), add your cream/cheese mixture and mix, then top per HBH instructions and bake at 350 F for 35 minutes. I added burrata when it came out of the oven. Things I will be changing next time: less cream (maybe a half cup less), more goat cheese, sub out fresh cherry tomatoes and mozz balls inside the mac for sundried tomatoes and shredded mozz... and I may add a gruyere or something, but definitely more parmesan. Excited to try this again!! Ingredients for Mac (not topping -- see above link for that!) - 1 1/4 C heavy cream - 1 C milk - 1 1/2 C parmesan - 8 1 oz balls fresh mozz - 10 1/2 oz soft goat cheese - 4 oz sour cream - 1 C halved/quartered (depends on size) heirloom cherry tomatoes Thanks so much for watching guys!
